What we collect

When a parent, guardian, or coach submits a request, we collect contact information, the child's first name or nickname, age, sport, and the specific equipment needed.

What's public

First name or nickname only, never a full name.
Age range (e.g. 10 to 12), never an exact date of birth.
Sport and equipment list.
Photos only when a parent or guardian gives explicit consent.

What we never share

Full names, addresses, schools, or contact information.
Any identifying detail that could be used to locate a child.
Donor data with any third party for marketing.

Donor information

We collect donor name, email, and (optionally) phone solely to coordinate drop-off and send thank-you confirmations. We don't sell or share donor lists.
